Spa Policies
Please book your spa treatments at time of package reservation.
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment to avoid paying the full treatment price.
It is recommended that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This allows plenty of time to change
into your robe and complete a brief health questionnaire.
If you arrive late for your scheduled service time, you will not receive an extention on your service. To accommodate all our clients,
your service time will terminate when it was scheduled to end.
